Your mission
In this position, you manage and coordinate all procurement activities from supplier selection and creation of contracts to supplier onboarding and purchase-to-pay. You develop and maintain guidelines for how to make purchases to follow existing policies, category strategies and sourcing plans, and support and measure the use of, and compliance with, contracts and maintaining content management in systems. To establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers is an important part of your job to keep staying two steps ahead. You manage identified risk and lead transformative change efforts challenging the status quo. You lead improvement works and of specific importance is to actively support implementation of SAP S/4Hana and SAP Ariba as a purchasing system for common functions.
The location of the role is Stockholm, and we offer the opportunity to work remotely part time.
Your character
When it comes to background, we expect you to hold a relevant degree in economics, IT or Business Administration and most likely you have some years of experience in a similar position. Our biggest spend is in the purchase of services, so therefore, we’ll scout for your skill levels in P2P, negotiation and your ability to build trustful relationships. As we work in an international setting, beside fluent skills in Swedish, you also communicate effortlessly in English, both verbally and in writing.
