Sourcing Manager for a client in Stockholm

Our customer is currently seeking a Sourcing Manager motivated to grow and develop within the company. You will join the Indirect Procurement team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the ongoing success of our customer. You will be based in Stockholm, working closely with the Indirect Procurement team and engaging in indirect procurement work on a global scale.

The primary objective of this position is to assist the business with procurement activities, promoting cost-conscious behavior and driving optimal value and outcomes.

Job assignments:
- Assist internal stakeholders in the procurement process to achieve cost-effective and compliant purchases
- Work closely with stakeholders from different departments and locations
- Assess and analyze quotes and potential suppliers
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and lead implementation of changes in procurement cycle
- Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Finance and Legal to develop and implement policies, procedures, and the 'Source to Pay' process
- Conduct supplier negotiations using industry best practices
- Record agreements in the Contract management system
- Ensure adherence to P2P processes, including creation and tracking of Purchase Orders
- Generate monthly reports and

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a finance or purchasing role
- Experience in negotiation
- Knowledge in commercial and legal terms of agreements
- Experience or interest in working with various stakeholders, preferably cross-border
- Analytical skills to structure and analyze data sets efficiently
- Experience with ERP systems like IFS or equivalent
- Experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels in the organization, fluent in written and oral English
