Sourcing Manager, Sweden (Strategisk Inköpare)

Job Purpose:
You will work closely with DHL business units in Sweden as well as our local and regional procurement teams to identify and recommend ´the best in class´ suppliers to ensure business satisfaction. You will implement locally the DPDHL category specific strategies based on our internal business requirements while preparing and leading the supplier negotiations at local level.


Your main tasks will be:
· Provide professional sourcing support for key business initiatives and investments
· Identify strategic sourcing opportunities and establish and maintain local or sub-regional frame contracts
· Develop and manage relationship with strategic suppliers
· Integrate Procurement services at country and sub-regional level to optimize the sourcing of goods and services, reduce costs and ensure quality and supply as needed by the business in line with the DPDHL Sustainability Roadmap
· Realize the value and efficiency from all procurement activities to ensure the stakeholder satisfaction
· Apply latest technology in sourcing activities; be open to innovation based on active market intelligence
· Act as local first point of contact for the business in country including management reporting
· Act as Business Consultant explaining the facts, policies and practices and constructively challenge business requirements
· Build relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns
· Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships


Your profile should look like:
· Bachelor degree as minimum education level
· More than 2 years of relevant experience
· Energetic, solution-orientated and creative problem solver
· Independent work ethic, integrity and loyalty, positive “can-do” attitude
· Approachable with good communication skills
· Solid written and spoken English and Finnish language skills
· Emphatic and relate to people
· Self-motivated person taking ownership of assigned tasks
