Sourcing partner Consultancy services to a company in central Stockholm

ValueOne are specialists in supply chain management, purchasing and logistics. We offer our customers services in three business areas; interim logistics and procurement consultants, recruitment of buyers and logisticians, as well as development of our customers’ supply chain operations in terms of strategies, models, methods, processes, structure and competence.

On behalf of our customer we are looking for a Sourcing Partner for a long assignment at a company located in central Stockholm.

The role

In the role as Sourcing Partner you will support and manage consultancy requests from hiring managers which means that you will be managing the process for consultant administration, e.g. enrollment of new consultants, time reporting, invoicing, extensions and termination of agreements. You will also manage the administration of new suppliers and all related tasks e.g. invoice issues. The scope is world-wide and cross-functional, which means you will support hiring managers in Berlin, Stockholm, New York, Sydney with all types of competencies varying from Engineering to Finance and all in between.

You are responsible for documentation, statistics and reporting, working closely to internal stakeholders e.g. Procurement, Commercial legal and Compliance. Your responsibility also implies Service Level and KPI, global supplier database and contract management.

You are also expected to:

Contribute to developing the customer's business areasMaintain and develop supplier collaborationFollow up on prices and perform cost-saving activitiesEnsure compliance is structured and ordered around supplierHandle escalations to supplierSource and manage supplier base and draft plan for entering new countries.Drive performance and improvement initiatives, including daily monitoring of all performance, quality, and SLA measures

Competence ang experience

You have previous experience from independently managing the process for hiring a consultant. You have a proven record of performing cost saving initiatives. Preferably you have previous experience from implementing system support for contingent workforce. Fluency un Swedish and English is required.
