One of our customers, Ework Group, is now looking for a recruiter who is passionate about matching the right consultant with the right assignment. Are you driven by social interactions with clients and suppliers, negotiations and have a winning mentality? Are you interested in the consulting industry? Ework Group, is a market-leading independent consultant supplier in the Nordics with focus on IT, telecom, technology and organizational development. Ework matches consultants to assignments in most industries and operates in Sweden, Denmark, UK, Norway, Finland and Poland. Ework Group has framework agreements with leading companies and currently handles more than 10,000 consultants on assignments.

Ework is currently looking for a new colleague to their cross site client team. The Sourcing Partner is responsible for finding, attracting and matching the best consultants to their client’s needs. The work is about ensuring a high quality deliverance while building relationships with both consultants and clients.

To be successful in this position you must have strong communication skills and be fluent in Swedish and in English, both in oral and in written form.



Your main responsibilities

- Find, attract and match the right consultant for assignments
- Interpret and understand customer needs and consultant competences
- Negotiate terms, produce quotations and present candidates and solutions to clients
- Sell solutions, assignments and consultants to clients and subsidiaries
- Follow up on interviews with customers and consultants
- Develop and maintain the consultancy network

Work experience and personal characteristics:

- You have experience within sales/recruitment and/or the consultant business
- You have strong communication skills
- You are fluent in Swedish and English, in oral and in written form
- It is an advantage if you have experience from a similar role, but they are also looking for someone who have the right enthusiasm to take on the responsibility that comes with the role

- A team player




About the position

Start: as soon as possible

Allocation: 100%

Duration: permanent with a six months trial period

Location: Stockholm, Gothenburg and Västerås (hybrid/remote)
