Sourcing Process Owner

Sandvik Mining and Construction is looking for a Sourcing Process Owner to be responsible for managing development and implementation of leading practise sourcing process and tools. Key performance areas: - Further development of the common sourcing process - Documenting the process - Developing tools to facilitate use of sourcing process - Promoting using of the process - Developing and managing sourcing training programs - Measuring effectiveness, efficiency and competency of sourcing organization in using the common sourcing process and benchmarking internally and externally - Regular communication with sourcing process users to collect their needs - Primary interface with external development partners - Participation in selected sourcing projects to gain own experience Your profile: - You have minimum a Bachelor's Level Degree in related area.- You have several years of experience in strategic sourcing or sourcing development.- Interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent English language, both spoken and written - Service minded - Willingness to travel - Result oriented - Well organised Planned location for this position is in Sandviken, Sweden.Other Sandvik Mining and Construction manufacturing locations within Europe may be considered.
