We are looking for a Sourcing Project Leader to Indirect Materials and Services.This is a challenging position where we offer you the opportunity to work in an international and multicultural environment.
The Supplier Management role is to ensure that Tetra Pak has a consistent sourcing strategy in place through all supply chains, and that the right expertise is available throughout the organisation.The ultimate objective is to safeguard that everything we purchase is of the right quality and at a competitive cost.
As a Sourcing Project Leader you will manage sourcing projects within our four different categories, Facilities Management, Human Resource & Professional Services, Maintenance Repair & Operations, Marketing & Communication.
For each category there is a dedicated Category Leader responsible for developing category and commodity strategies and see to that these strategies are implemented across Tetra Pak.Centrally we provide processes and methodologies ensuring local alignment.You will be part of the central Indirect Materials & Services team working close together with the Category Leaders and our local colleagues around the world to secure that our objectives are achieved.
Your main tasks and responsibilities in this role will be to:
- Organise, co-ordinate, lead and execute sourcing projects within any of the IMS categories on time in full.
- Drive and /or support internal business development
- Support Category leaders in interactions with local stakeholders, participate and sometime drive regular business reviews meetings.
- Drive and/or participate negotiations - globaly, regionally or local
- Perform cost & spend analysis, gather and analyse data
Kvalifikationer
To be a successful candidate you have high communication and teambuilding skills and are used to work in a flexible way.You work independently and possess a high self-motivated drive to achieve results.Furthermore you are a problem solver with a positive and open mind, also at times when the task requires strong efforts with tight deadlines.
You have a university degree in Business Administration or similar in combination with a professional work experience of Project Management and from Purchasing and Supplier Management.Previous experience of multicultural environment is beneficial for the position.Also experience from sourcing in Marketing & Communication or Production Maintenance areas is a merit.You are fluent in spoken and written English.
Travelling is included in the work approximately 50 days/year.
