Sourcing Specialist

Role Summary/Purpose

We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join our team and take ownership of specific supplier relationships for the Radiopharmacy business for our cyclotron supplier base.

Essential Responsibilities

Suppliers of the Cyclotron supplier base
Owning the relationship, QBR?s, development, NPI (New Product Introduction) strategies within commodity
Negotiating contract and price, conducting supplier reviews to support supplier selection, development and consolidation
Co-operating with other Supply Chain functions to maximize outcome / productivity
Fulfillment, supplier monitoring, obsolescence/life-cycle management
Being part of or driving development projects including escalations due to delivery/quality issues, invoicing/payables issues, and database management
Setting strategies for NPI process; driving cost out programs, transfers and quality enhancement - developing and executing the local sourcing strategies that deliver a competitive advantage driving the strategic supplier initiatives
Following rules and regulations, the site quality manual and site QMS
Completing all planned Quality & Compliance trainings within deadlines

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering or a Bachelor?s degree with a 3 years' work experience in sourcing or procurement or 5 years' work experience in sourcing or procurement
3 years' work experience with technical depth/knowledge in assigned commodities, or 3 years of Commercial Sourcing
Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of time
Speak and write in Swedish and English fluently
EU work permit

Quality Specific Goals:

Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Knowledge and understanding of GEHC Purchasing Controls Procedure and associated Work Instructions and operates within them to ensure that all purchased product and services conform to specified requirements
Develop and maintaining of fully qualified and compliant supply base.
