Sandvik Mining and Construction in Sandviken is looking for Sourcing Systems Administrator Sandvik Mining and Construction (SMC) Supply has responsibility on behalf of the whole SMC to manage sourcing of key categories and overall performance of the inbound supply chain (external purchasing). In order to complement the existing team, SMC Supply is looking to hire a Sourcing Systems Administrator with main responsibility to manage and develop key information systems, which are used to monitor, automate and manage the inbound supply chain.Sourcing systems include such as purchase data warehouse, supplier master database and purchase transaction automation systems. Key performance areas: You will communicate with Sandvik Mining and Construction Business Units and ensure that systems and supply chain processes are functioning and data is being maintained, updated and used in a proper way.You will keep track of rollout status of new site implementations.You will also collect needs of users and help in developing the systems further. Your profile: You possess a University degree in IT and/or sourcing/purchasing and have several years experience from working with ERP-systems and process automation such as EDI and business information systems.You are an analytical and open minded person with very good organizational skills and fluency in the English language.You are service oriented with customer focus and have good interpersonal skills.
