We are now looking for a Business Information System Owner (BISO) for Sourcing applications and Digital Contract Management. This role is accountable for securing short and long-term requirements for IT service delivery to enable business and performance efficiency related to all Sourcing within the company (indirect and direct mtrl).

The digital journey is a key strategic objective, and the BISO plays an instrumental role in the systems and tools landscape on a global level. You will evolve this landscape to enable simplified, consolidated, compliant, automated processes and infrastructure.

You will need to recognize emerging trends, problems and business needs and provide the best solutions by designing, developing and securing the deployment of strategies and tools. You will collaborate with business partners to identify short-term and long-term expectations, develop a system roadmap and execute it, enabling business value realization. Your goal will include securing outstanding performance of the tool and driving continuous improvement of digital transformation whilst providing expert advice towards key business users.

This role will report to the Head of Sourcing Systems/Tools & Control Tower and can be based anywhere; however, the preferred location is close to the central European time zone and the Ericsson Group HQ in Stockholm. What will you do
* Act as the primary interface between IT and their stakeholders for business requirements
* Global deployment of Sourcing tools, initially Digital Contract Management
* Define and drive sourcing IT roadmap and prioritize IT development/investments
* Drive automation, simplification and best practice insight and translate business demands into system requirements and follow up on business-value realization
* Represent the area of responsibility in given cross-system/functional/ organizational fora.
* Supervise operational performance and business support, securing outstanding service levels.
* Train and ensure user manuals and training materials are available for business deployment of new applications or enhanced system functionality.
* Be a subject matter authority within relevant programs and projects
* Secure that the ISMS baseline requirements are fulfilled for the relevant applications (Information Security Management System)
* Make sure the IT environment supports the process and user base (including user perception) and take actions through the relevant channel
* Analyze emerging trends and continuously assess new technologies and automation opportunities.


You will bring
* Shown experience working with Sourcing Systems and Tools
* Solid IT knowledge (IT processes, tools and infrastructure)
* Good understanding of sourcing business processes and tools
* Experience working with DCM tools, e.g. Icertis, Agiloft, DocuSign, Ivalua
* Excellent leadership capability and digital transformation
* Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and ability to build networks
* Cross-process knowledge within supply, finance and sourcing
* Experience applying management and continuous improvement tools such as Agile, Lean and Six Sigma
* Competence to influence across organizations, effectively leading change, originating ideas, gaining commitment with a record of accomplishments
* Capability to deliver results and meet stakeholder expectations
* Experience working in a global matrix organization preferred
* A University degree (MSc or BSc) or equivalent
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
