Our Exciting Opportunity!
The Source to Agree Process and Tools team is driving transformation of Ways of Working within Strategic Sourcing and execution of its digital roadmap. We drive process excellence, improvement and simplification of the sourcing process, provide support and thought leadership to sourcing communities, as well as continuous investment in system and tools to enable automation and efficiencies.
We are now looking for a Business Owner for the Sourcing modules in “Sourcing Workbench” (SWB). SWB is an own developed tool that supports the BNEW Strategic S2A process (VPA, NPI). You will collaborate with business partners to identify short-term and long-term expectations, develop a system roadmap and execute it enabling business value realization. Your goal will include securing outstanding performance of the tool, driving continuous improvement whilst providing expert advice towards key business users.
You will
Maintain a Business Roadmap for SWB Sourcing modules and develop a key user network within Sourcing. You will also synchronize the Business roadmap with the other main SWB Business partners (Supply and Cost of Sales)
Own the demand for all SWB Sourcing enhancements. That includes prioritizing demand towards IT, signing off the solution design and build, UAT (User acceptance test) and supporting business implementation
Plan & develop effective sourcing solutions in the SWB Platform
Work together with the Business Support Team to secure that the service level is excellent for the SWB users.
Attend SWB Program meetings and be the interface from business side towards Ericsson IT / IT Suppliers
Build and develop functional area expertise, that includes giving SWB tool training to Sourcing end users
To be successful in the role you must have
Education: Academic degree or the equivalent level of knowledge.
Min years of experience: 5-10 years of previous Ericsson experience including experience in a sourcing job role
Demonstrated ability: knowledge of Ericsson BNEW organization, Volume Purchase Agreement Process, Sourcing Hardware process
Knowledge about SWB. Preferably you have earlier been a SWB user
Solid project management skills with a record of accomplishments
Organizational change with documented achievements in leading and motivating change
