Jacob & Gabriel is situated in the centre of Skien. We are a restaurant with 80 seats, serving pretensious comfort food as tasting menus, 5 and 7 courses. We use mainly local produce, and have the districts best wine cellar. The restaurant has been around since 2010, and is for many, the best restaurant in the area.

We are a young and energetic team, with a lot of different nationalities. We can offer a creative and including environment for the right person.

Job description:
Next commanding on kitchen under head chef and executive head chef. Respo nsibility for orders, deliverys, qualitycontrol, washing routines and so on.
Also working creative with menu developing and so on.

Skills:
You need to be ambitious, hard working, economic and precise. You also need to have a minimum of 4 years experience as a chef. Fluent English is a must.
It's also important that you are humble, and interested in adapting to the restaurant and the team.
