We are currently recruiting for AIRA on Djurgården, Stockholm. The restaurant will be run by Chef Tommy Myllymäki, providing the very best in culinary and tailored hospitality.

About the role

As a Sous Chef at Aira you:

- Work closely with FOH with daily updates regarding changes in the menu
- Coach new staff, and to the kitchen quality standards and to be a vital part of the team.
- Coach the kitchen staff, educate them and be a role model
- Work on solutions, problem solving or/ and ideas for new menus if possible. Please feel free to contribute to new menu items, the menu is the result of teamwork, not a “one man show”.
- The job includes the general tasks as ordering, prep work, service, cleaning etc


Requirements and skills

- Chef training degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef
- Have experience within leadership from a similar role in a similar type of kitchen
