We are looping for a souschef!
Do you want to work in a great team, with cooking at a high level? Read on and email your interest to us directly
As souschef at Färna Herrgård, you will be a key player in a team with great cohesion and high ambitions
You play an important role in terms of quality and development, but also the creative work around the food concept
You work closely with our kitchen manager and lead the team through good communication and positive leadership
As a person and chef, you will be able to develop greatly in this role
Our restaurant is KRAV-labelled, slow food-inspired and selected by the Chaine des Rotisseurs and the White Guide. Natural ingredients are the basis of all our cooking. To help us, we have our nearby farmers, the forests of Bergslagen and our own kitchen garden
We offer:

· Salary: monthly salary, according to agreement

We are looking for you that:
· Has a couple of years' experience in a leading position in a kitchen, such as sous chef or 1st chef
· Is a passionate, creative and driven chef
· Are humble, positive, committed and meticulous in your work methods
· Inspires and motivates your employees to deliver unforgettable dining experiences
· Thrives at a fast pace and has a great passion for service
· Has good organizational skills
· Has a B driving license and access to a car as there is no municipal transport
