The Role
TOTEME is looking for a South Korea Commercial Manager to join our team in Stockholm full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, strengthening our strategic partnerships, and enhancing TOTEME’s presence both online and offline. You will play a key role in aligning our global strategies with the local market dynamics to maximize growth and profitability. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will work closely with our global teams and collaborate with trade partners in South Korea to achieve sales targets and strengthen our brand across all direct-to-consumer channels.
Responsibilities
Take holistic ownership of TOTEME’s direct-to-consumer business in South Korea.
Continuously analyze local market dynamics, including competitors and trends, to drive growth and inform strategies across both online and offline channels.
Collaborate closely with trade partners and internal teams to achieve sales targets, monitor performance, and implement the global communication agenda.
Lead business development efforts in the South Korean market, focusing on growth, profitability, and aligning customer experiences across all channels.
Manage digital merchandising and e-commerce initiatives through your extended online teams, ensuring site functionality and locally relevant customer experiences on toteme.kr and Hyundai.com shop-in-shop.
Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure that our South Korean retail experiences are in line with TOTEME’s standards, including new store openings, visual merchandising, staff training, and performance tracking.
Provide insights to global teams on local market needs and trends.
Plan and manage yearly P&L and budget for South Korea.
Support CRM and loyalty programs, reinforcing global strategies and enhancing customer retention and loyalty in the South Korean market.
Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your profile
Proven experience in e-commerce, ideally within the fashion or luxury sector.
Strong understanding of the South Korean market and its dynamics.
Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and local partners.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Previous experience working with CRM and loyalty programs is a plus.
Retail experience is preferred.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Korean.'

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's Stockholm headquarters with an immediate start date.
