Spa host/hostess

Within our hotels, our popular spa areas offer treatments, massages and relaxation through various experiences. In the welcoming environment, visitors can enjoy bathing combined with warming up in various saunas.As a Spa host, you will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our visitors. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere.

Main tasks of the position
- Selling products in our Spashop. - Receive and welcome visitors on arrival at the establishment with friendly and professional service. - Provide information on the facilities, treatments and activities of the establishment. - Monitor the spa environment to ensure compliance with safety rules and guidelines. - Staffing our bar with light refreshments. - Conducting experiences for guests, such as sauna rituals. - Maintain order and cleanliness of the bathing and spa environment. - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and coherent experience for visitors - Duties also include cleaning and overseeing the work area. - Service and good care of our guests is a big part of the work.
You are committed, service-oriented and curious. You like to cooperate and are used to working in a team.  You value order and tidiness in the workplace. You enjoy meeting people and you create positive energy and want to spread it to both colleagues and guests. You have the ability to handle different situations with calm and professionalism.Merits
- Experience from working in a spa - Basic understanding of safety aspects of bathing and spa facilities - Training and education in the spa areas. - You speak a Scandinavian language or English. - You have reached the age of 18.
Employment period & type of employmentSeasonal employment in the period December - April.Working hours20-40h/week, varying working hours on both weekdays and weekends.Salary & wagesAccording to collective agreements with HRF in Sweden and NHO in Norway.
