Space Activation Specialist, Jefferson Wells in Gothenburg

This is a consulting assignment starting no later than March 2022 and continuing until September - but the need may be longer than that. The role has not existed before so there is a lot of room to create something new!



Tasks:

The Space Activation role is responsible for enhancing the retail experience and secure activations of our Spaces - leading to visitor satisfaction, brand understanding and leads generation. We are now seeking a resource to support with deliveries of a key area, including:

- Lead the set-up and implementation of a global Space activation approach, from crossfunctional planning to concept development and implementation in all Spaces

- Gather and package good examples of local Space activation

- Define and operate the complete Space activation concept recipe, including KPI's

- Define and develop processes and tools to secure a smooth implementation in Spaces

- Support establishing and operating Spaces as a communication channel (screens, carriers and windows), in order to enhance brand and commercial messages

- Drive additional (merchandise) in Spaces in order to secure an exciting, brand-building and commercial retail experience.



Who are you:

You have experience from retail - preferably in fashion and event marketing, visual merchandise knowledge and understanding.

You have a network or knowledge of suppliers / experts. You are an informal leader who gets things done for others. Hands-on doer attitude and capacity and you are used to working in a high-paced, dynamic organization. You can lead cross-functional projects and work independently.

You are required to be fluent in English.
