In a period of change, we are now establishing a Nordics Region for our business. Join us on this journey as our new Regional Space Manager! As a Regional Space Manager, you’ll work across the whole Nordics to create and execute commercial planograms with the goal of generating category profit growth. You’ll report to our Nordic Analytics Managers and work closely with our Retail Category Managers, all while based at our office at Arlanda Airport, Stockholm.

Main responsibilities:

- Establish and develop SSP Nordics’ space management work in this new role
- Support the delivery of the Commercial Plan for the Nordics
- Create planograms and range lists to support actions for increased profitability and ensured visibility of high margin lines
- Distribute the correct space to specific subcategories
- Establish merchandising layout and facing strategy appropriate for categories
- Drive consistency, compliance, and therefore solid base of data from which to analyse
- Together with our trade marketing function, identify trade marketing opportunities within existing as well as new spaces
- Optimize space by testing e.g., location in unit, macro-space, space density, planogram strategy and day-part optimization


Profile:

To succeed in this role, you need to have at least 2 years’ work experience in space management. You must be able to base decision-making on a balance of creative ability and evidence-based analysis. We also wish that you have experience of delivering profit targets, as well as experience in a retail sales environment.

As a person, your great attention to detail reflects on your day-to-day work, where you are expected to be both analytical and data-driven. You are self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn and adapt in a constantly evolving environment. Fluent Swedish and English in spoken and written are a requirement. Experiences in space management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are also needed.
