Are you passionate about customers, shoppers and selling with a purpose? As Unilevers next Space Manager you will be an important part of their strong sales team. You will be working with all categories Unilever is present in and be working with market leading brands such as GB Glace, Dove, Knorr, and Via. You will be responsible for shelf recommendations for Unilevers customers and developing space management capabilities in the organisation. The ad is written in English, however Swedish is a requirement for the role.
This is a consultancy opportunity, starting ASAP lasting until the end of September.
What will you be doing?
In this position you are responsible for, in-depth market and shopper knowledge, developing and implementing shelving strategies by creating shopper-centric planograms in Spaceman that drive category growth for Unilever and Unilever´s customers. This is often linked to assortment changes or collaboration projects with our customers and requires analyses of category performance and assortment reviews, where you are part of developing category growth stories and merchandising strategies together with Category and Trade marketing managers as well as Key account managers.
Your job requires cooperation with different stakeholders. You will support our Key Account Managers and Field sales team with actionable insights and recommendations and proactively build strong relationships and collaborations with our customers´ category and space management teams.
You will lead development of space management capabilities in the organisation.
You will report to the Category and Channel Development Manager for Foods. The role is based in the Nordic head office in Solna, Sweden.

This is what we look for
• Experience from space management, shopper insights, category management or a similar role in FMCG supplier or retailer related business is required
• A relevant university degree in e.g. Business Administration or Marketing is preferred
• Analytical skills, being structured and able to set clear priorities are required
• Experience in Space Planning tools is preferred
• Experience of project management
• Fluent skills in Swedish and good English skills, both written and spoken
