Spanish secretary / coordinator

Our company grows and needs a new employee.
We are looking for a Spanish speaking secretary who has contacts within the Holguin Cuba area.
We have seen the business opportunity to collaborate with local organizations.

Your duties include:
• Manage invoicing, travel bills and some financial monitoring.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, as much documentation and contact is in English and Spanish, you are expected to express yourself in both languages.
• At least 2 years of experience in administration and coordination.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel.

As a person, you enjoy working at a high pace with tasks of an administrative nature. Furthermore, you meet both customers and colleagues with good service and like to take your own initiative. In addition, if you describe yourself as outgoing and can handle stress, you will be an estimated addition to the workplace.

The person we are looking for must come from this area and have worked to create contacts in system development (software) or work with IT systems.

5th dimension Consulting is a growing company with customers in the private and public sectors. We specialize in developing mobile solutions. We also have consultans in java, .net and test automation. We have our office in Haninge Sweden.
