In the role of Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers who needs support. As Custumer Support, you work independently to receive and resolve cases from start to finish, while you have colleagues and a large knowledge database to take help from. You will be part of a team that collaborates and helps each other and that globally supports customers with all sorts of related issues. It´s possibility to work remote approx. 1-2 days a week.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
- Handle the complete order fulfilment process in the defined region.
- Order administration and customer management, from request to invoice
- Ensure that the current delivery service offer to our customers is met.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to customers in writing, on the phone and in person.
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is a requirement. Good knowledge in Spanish, both spoken and written is a merit. Additional language skills as Swedish are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree, vocational training or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years’ experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management.
- A knowledge of logistics, supply chain and international trade is highly desired.
- Good computer skills and experience of working in different IT systems.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
