The Job

Rebtel is looking for a Spanish speaking Customer Support Agent for our excellent support team. This is a part time position, including evenings and weekends. As an integral part of the support team, you will help our customers via email, most of whom are mainly from the United States. Rebtel is an English speaking company so you need to have excellent skills in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Additional languages (such as Arabic) are highly appreciated.

Your profile

We think you have previous experience in customer support
You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office and you have great communication skills
You are service minded, can combine speed with quality in your work and like problem solving
