We’ve just hit a growth spurt and are on the lookout for a Spanish Merchant Support to join our motley crew of curious, growth minded and all around nice people.

About the role
We are looking for someone committed who will strengthen Zimpler’s support work. You will play an important role in ensuring the quality of Zimpler's product to customers as well as be a key player in Zimpler's continued international expansion. You will be part of a tight-knit team where everyone strives toward the same goal and supports each other.

The role will include both day and evening shifts as well as on-call duty.

Things you’ll be responsible for
- Support our merchants through email
- Create and analyse data using Excel
- Reconcile transactions and product flows
- Work and be involved in developing improvements in working methods for the team


Things you are really good at
- Enjoys working with administrative work where the focus is on analysis, paying attention to details and capturing and recording important data
- Handling a broad range of complex questions from our merchants / Clients
- You have an interest in technology and understand it easily
- Communicating both internally and externally
- Knowledge of Excel and basic functions


And you are definitely
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is highly advantageous
- Experience from 2nd line support where you previously worked with complex cases. We will jump for you joy if you have previous experience from a payments company
- You as a person is self-motivated and fast learner. You enjoy teamwork and not afraid to help out if necessary
