About the job:

This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts for 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the company. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

The company is a large food company with head office in Malmö. More information about the company is given at the interview!

Tasks and responsibilities:

As an order administrator, your main tasks are to handle and register orders received by phone and email. In this role, you are primarily responsible for the Spanish, Portuguese and French markets. Furthermore, you are also responsible for documentation that is added to the orders. In addition, the role involves controlling and ensuring that the company's customers receive their orders on time and in the right quantity. Part of your work also includes improvement work in order to streamline the processes together with the team you are part of. With that said, you have many contact points both externally with the company's customers but also internally with various departments such as the warehouse department, quality department and sales department.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• Work experience of similar tasks, such as order administration
• Experience of customer service
• Good knowledge of MS Office and experience of working in business systems, preferably ERP or Dynamics 365
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge in Spanish
