Spare Part Supply Manager

Would you like to face new challenges in the Supply Chain Operations Capital Equipment (SCO CE) Supplier Management Organisation?

You'll be a member of our international team, working in strong cooperation with suppliers providing value to Tetra Pak's customers through focus on Delivery Performance of spare parts.

As Spare Parts Supply Manager you'll be responsible for providing world class spare parts to the Part Supply Chain while continuously working to optimize quality, lead time & cost.On an overall perspective the position will contribute to higher availability of spare parts by increasing delivery performance.

You will take an active and operative role towards our suppliers and internal stakeholders and report to the Manager for Supplier Management in SCO CE.You will be based in Lund, Sweden.

You will:
-Drive spare parts knowledge and understanding in Supplier management and in close corporation with suppliers
-Own and drive spare part escalation processes and delivery performance
-Align and create good cooperation between Supply parts and the rest of Supply Management
-Monitor and initiate actions with Spare Parts suppliers
-Drive spare parts related supplier meeting with/through other responsible SM
-Drive implementation and usage of Logistic agreement
-Define needed targets for relevant persons in SM and doing follow ups
-Cooperation with the quality team to secure SP quality
-Support LCC sourcing team for spare parts to reduce cost
-Secure processes related to s/p and SM are optimised
-Take active part in evaluating s/p suppliers
-Drive FLS concept and support outsourcing activities within PSC
-Se important cross-fertilisation effects


Kvalifikationer

You must possess integrity, good analytical and communicational skills and be able to network and interact extremely well in known as well as new situations.You are social and able to foresee issues and solve them in a systematic way.Furthermore you possess a strong drive combined with known track record on delivering results.

The successful candidate will have a university degree, ideally in Economic or Engineering.You will also have at least 2 to 4 years of experience from Purchasing, Supply management logistics and negations.Fluency in both oral and written English is of course required.
