At ABB IAPI Hoisting we can offer an exciting challenge for you who have experience of handling aftermarket and spare parts. We work as a global team with our local ABB colleagues around the world to provide the best service to our customers in terms of large electrical machines, mechanical parts and advanced control systems. Your responsibilities
Take care of the daily inquiries that come to our inbox.
Make small quotes.
Maintain supplier contacts.
Take care of orders: registration, purchasing, delivery and invoicing.
Provide customer support for technical issues.
Assist customer with complaints.

Your background
Post-secondary education.
Experience of having worked with service and aftermarket, preferably in the mining industry.
Experience in SAP business systems.
You are independent and responsible.
You master English orally and in writing, whereas additional language skills are an advantage.
