Spare Parts Assistant for Backoffice After Sales

We are now looking for a Spare Parts Assistant, located in our head office in Arlöv

The Job

Our Spare Parts organization fulfills an important and central function in our business. As Spare Parts Assistant you support our customers, service engineers and other internal colleagues. You contribute to an efficient way of working and continuous improvements, both in daily operation and from process point of view. Spare Parts daily or weekly tasks are (but am not limited to):

- Support regarding spare parts issues via email and telephone

- Manage inquiries, handle orders for both external and internal customers

- Follow up of stock in local warehouse and replenishment

- Pricing and price simulation

- Create quotes for parts and rebuilds of forklift trucks

- Set up new parts in SAP

- Handle in / out deliveries (local spare parts warehouse)

- Create and check the department's error lists

- Booking of shipping

- Follow up of tasks and issues in the spare parts area

Monthly or occasional tasks:

- Recurring follow-up of service engineer’s stock and automatic replenishment

- Planning and performing inventory of stock in service engineer’s vans. Perform final inventory when needed

- Maintain and update internal price lists

- Contribute to keeping internal documents, manuals, processes, and quality routines updated

Your background

- Ideally you have a solid background in the forklift industry and have already experience of the role. Alternatively, you have a solid experience as a service engineer in the forklift industry and want to develop your administrative skills in a spare part org.

- If you come from another background than service engineer in the forklift industry, you probably have an academic degree or completed secondary education with corresponding experience. Experience from aftermarket (from a company that sell technical equipment, service it and sell spare parts), good administrative skills and technical knowledge are all strong experiences we are looking for.

- You have a track record that shows that you continuously can give priority to the correct tasks, so internal and external customers feel that they receive good service

- You have had a role where regular follow-up of daily and monthly tasks is critical for success.

- Ideally, you have experience of SAP

- Good knowledge of Excel and the rest of the Office package

- The corporate language is English, many customers only speak Swedish, so you must be fluent in both languages (orally and in writing). It is also a big advantage if you are fluent in Danish.

- You are accurate, flexible and you have a structured way of working

You will interact with both internal and external contacts, it requires patience and the ability to handle many different types of people.
