Are you our new Spare Parts coordinator who will enable the service organisation to provide excellent customer services? Do you want to develop your skills in order management, administration and sales?
We are now searching for a new team member to join our team of friendly professionals in Bromma, Kalmar Mobile Solutions as a Spare Parts Coordinator. The role is dynamic and you have the privilege of communikate with many customers and collaborating within our internal departments.
This position is located in Kista, Sweden, and you will report Service Manager; BRM Sales & After Sales EMEA After Sales Services. The position is a great opportunity for you to kick start and flourish within an industry that shows no signs of slowing down!
Main tasks and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to work with Spare parts sales for customers in the EMEA Region. You will prepare quotations and sales orders for existing and new customers and archive and follow-up on unpaid invoices. As a Spare Parts Coordinator you will promote and sell Bromma's spare parts and provide technical sales support. You will also support Area Sales Managers and colleagues with spare parts related tasks. The position is mainly back office sales and administration tasks.
Other responsibilities:
Support colleagues with administrative tasks
Support customers with claims and transportation issues
Enter and manage data related to customers and orders in the company systems
Support with tenders and documents requested by customers.

What you’ll need to succeed
Education
High school or any other relevant degree.

Experience
Previous experience in a Spare Parts role is desired but NOT essential
2-4 years of relevant business/ product experience or technical customer support.

Competencies
Good computer literacy
Experience from SAP
Fluent in English
Fluency in French is a merit.

As a person, you are communicative, structured and committed. You enjoy working in a team as well as drive your own initiatives to give customers a good experience. You have excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail. We would like you to have a background in sales tasks or customer support.
