Koenigsegg continues to grow and we are now looking for a Spare Parts Manager with a technical background to join our team.

Description

As a Spare Parts Manager, you are responsible for setting the requirements to the relevant factory departments for increased accessibility of spare parts, tools and equipment supply to the aftermarket workshop and the Dealer network.

This position also includes creating efficient interfaces between the Aftermarket organization and the factory as well between the Aftermarket organization and our Dealer network regarding spare parts. To be responsible for creating and updating relevant content in our Dealer Manual regarding spare parts and spare parts routines.

Collaborate with the different factory departments needed for producing spare parts, assembly´s, a spare parts catalogue and source needed spare parts.

Initiate and lead our work of improved quality in our databases and ERP system regarding spare parts and price lists.

Work Tasks

- Produce parts catalogue (meta data).
- Setting the shipping regulations and instructions for shipping spare parts to the dealer network.
- Setting processes for parts/tooling/equipment ordering.
- Sales price strategy.
- Parts exchange strategy.
- Parts branding strategy
- Act as interface between the factory departments and Aftermarket.
- Provide input to release process.
- Provide input to product gate process.
- Provide input to Warehouse, such as demands for packaging.
- Provide input to Purchase, such as input on safety stock levels, parts sourcing, parts packaging, and supplier sourcing etc.
- Act as a project leader/member in relevant projects.

Automotive Technical background or similar.

Experience from parts sourcing, pricing, and sales.

Skills and experiences from planning, budgets, KPI’s and reporting

Experiences from leading and participating in projects

Organized and good on creating structures and processes

Good communication skills both verbally and written in English and Swedish

Good experience from MS Office and data software tools like Monitor or Aftermarket/Aftersales software

Driver’s license
