As our Spare Parts Project Manager, you will belong to a team with a high team spirit and collaborate with colleagues throughout the whole organization. This role will benefit your order management competence and at the same time contribute to the energy transaction towards greener solutions.

Your responsibilities
Managing multiple ongoing spare part orders where you will be interacting with customers and suppliers all over the world, both internally and externally.
General order handling, such as, order registrations and invoicing
Managing the logistics for the orders, including export control
Be responsible for the operational and the financial reporting of the orders
Living Hitachi Energy core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business

Your background
You are likely to have some years of experience from order handling or similar
Relevant studies or work experience
Experience from logistics is a plus
We see that you are service minded and communicative as well as organized and able to prioritize
Fluency in English, written and spoken, is required
Fluency in other language such as Swedish, Spanish, Portuguese or other would be considered added value
Experiences aside, the most important aspects are right attitude and drive
