Spare Parts Supply Coordinator
The Service Business & Aftersales Commerce Team is about securing & optimizing mobility looking after the end2end flow of parts & services from supply to sales. We belong to the Commercial & Operations Team doing the work behind the scenes.

This role sits within the Supply Chain at Lynk & Co which is responsible for day to day operations with China but as well looking into strategic developments securing the way forward keeping the Lynk & Co movement running.

This is an ideal role for a person with experience in product or supply management, looking for a position in which you can use communication as well as analytical skills in a very dynamic environment where your contribution will make a real difference.

What you'll do

- Support management of commercial and supply chain aspects for all vehicle spare parts
- Engagement with colleagues and partners overseas, predominantly in China
- Ensuring constant availability of spare parts in European warehouse(s)
- Coordination of supply chain or commercial requests L&C International
- Support improving or developing processes that help us building an efficient spare parts business
- Data management for vehicle spare parts in close cooperation with internal &external partners
- Support short and long-term Forecasting process
- Actively driving development of new business models and digital business



What you should have

- Very good communication skills and an outgoing personality
- Previous experience in a product or supply management
- Knowledge of Chinese - culture and language (Mandarin) is a big plus
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a pioneer spirit
- Number Crunchers welcomed - affinity for data and analytics
