The EUROW Special Business Education Manager will be responsible for developing and growing the Educational sales with focus on Boardmaker throughout EUROW. The function is also responsible for driving PCS sales within the area.
Where you´ll work
The Business Manager is expected to develop and execute on a strategy for growth which will include business development. The role will be the EUROW interface to the Global Product Manager, Marketing, Education product development and NA with input from the different regions.
Boardmaker is a complete special education software platform that supports education, communication, access and social and emotional needs of more than six million students in 51 countries. At home, at school, or in a clinical practice
Picture Communication Symbols (PCS) are a set of color and black & white drawings originally developed for use in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems. The symbols can be used in software like Boardmaker, SCF etc. as well as in low tech materials like books, boards and so on. Tobii Dynavox license the use of PCS symbols to external companies.
The Business Manager will be the EUROW Boardmaker and PCS expert and go to person. He or she should set up an Educational Partner program and training structure (partner and professionals) together with Partner Communication and Training manager and the regional teams. The Business Manager is expected to be able to deliver more advance trainings.
This a highly international matrix role where the business manager needs to engage, inspire, and drive sales through the existing regional sales teams.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Managerial experience in the education technology space (M)
Bachelor’s Degree (M)
Sales experience (R)
DESIRED COMPUTER OR TECHNICAL SKILLS:
SAAS sales experience (M)
Salesforce.com experience (M)
Microsoft Office (R)
OTHER DESIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
International experience, preferably sales
Well versed and experienced in virtual communications and presence
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Training experience
Experience in sales with focus on Boardmaker
