Specialist Accountant

Record to Report is a group within Transaction Processing Sweden with the responsibility for account receivable, other accounting issues, transfer pricing and reporting. This role is a great career opportunity for someone with high accounting experience.The role will handle the analysing and reporting of AstraZeneca B/S and P/L both for the Swedish legal and group entity that includes group adjustments according to IAS / IFRS standards.You are part of a dynamic environment and interact with different part of the business both internally and externally. Main tasks: Monthly reporting and analysing mainly of AstraZeneca B/S but also P/L Compile the differences between legal- and group accounting Cash flow analyses Presentation of the B/S and P/L reconciliation to the CFO Financial project work Requirement: Three to five years of working experience with consolidated accounts Bachelors degree in Business Admin and Finance or equivalent Experience in IAS /IFRS standards Experience of working with finance in a global organisation Skills: High accounting skills Good analytical skills Good communication skills, verbal and written both in Swedish and English Focus on delivery Ability to challenge and drive change Ability to meet deadlines Closing date for applications: 7 September 2008.Please send your application and CV marked "Specialist Accountant" via www.astrazeneca.se We will only handle applications received via our website.
