We are looking for a Specialist Engineering Manager in Västerås, Sweden!
Main responsibilities
Manage the team that is responsible for Aerothermal dynamics, Structural Mechanics, and Acoustics.
Handle the People Management Cycle management.
Contribute to team planning, continuous process improvements, knowledge transfers and team networking within Traction Metier Network.
Participate in design reviews, D-FMEA, Project Reviews and various Validations and Test activities.
Support the team with project and product development
Manage the team in regards to continous improvements and REX capitalisation.
