About the role
As a specialist in internal medicine, you will be part of a healthcare team focused on delivering high-quality and patient-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:
Diagnosing and managing a broad range of medical conditions, including acute and complex cases.
Providing care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Contributing your expertise in general internal medicine or a specific subspecialty.
Supporting and mentoring residents (ST-läkare) during their training.
Participating in ward rounds, clinical consultations, and discussions to ensure the best possible care.
Requirements
Holds an EU-recognized specialist certification in internal medicine.
Strong communication skills in English and a willingness to learn Swedish.
Experience handling a variety of medical cases, including acute care.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
