ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an opportunity for a skillful, communicative, and detail-oriented Specialist, Payroll & Benefits EMEA with focus on Administration to join our People & Culture (P&C) team based in Gothenburg, Sweden. As a key player in supporting our employees, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless administration of P&C processes throughout the EMEA region.
In this role, you will operate in an international setting, collaborating with employees and stakeholders situated in various locations. As a Specialist, Payroll & Benefits EMEA, your responsibilities will involve overseeing the daily operations of P&C administration in the EMEA region, currently covering Sweden, Spain, France, Germany, Portugal, and the UK. This includes coordinating payroll and other compensation components, benefits, insurances, and engaging in communication with both internal and external parties.
As Specialist, Payroll & Benefits EMEA, your primary goal is to consistently provide high-quality P&C services. Your responsibilities encompass continuous P&C support, along with improvement of existing internal processes and the development of new ones as needed. This is all geared towards enhancing the overall employee experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordination of accurate and timely payroll and compensation processing, in collaboration with local administration and payroll partners.
Administration of benefits, insurance programs and pension plans.
Administration of vacation balances and other timesheet related activities.
Delivering clear and informative communication to employees in your area of expertise, offering continuous, timely and personalized support to address their inquiries.
Ensuring compliance with P&C policies and procedures.
Provide updated information to unions, insurance providers, authorities, and other parties as needed.
Ensure HR systems are regularly updated with relevant employee information.
Coordination of activities related to Systematic Work Environment Management (SAM) in Sweden and collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
Onboarding and offboarding activities for new and departing team members.
Continuously improve P&C administration processes for added value.
Participate in other cross-functional P&C projects as requested.
Support with duties within the broader scope of administrative responsibilities.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or in a related field
Minimum 5 years of HR related work experience
Proven experience in HR administration, payroll, and benefits coordination
Experience working in an international organization
Proficiency with HRIS and payroll platforms are valued
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written English and Swedish
Knowledge in Spanish and/or German is considered an asset
