We are now looking for a Specialist Planning for Gyttorp Manufacturing center
As Specialist Planning for Gyttorp Manufacturing center you are responsible for sales and operations planning process for all production units within and under the center. The role is key for optimizing our regional network, balance our production capacity and production demand, also making sure that the correct information is forwarded into our replenishing process.
The role reports to the Manager Planning. Physically you are stationed in Gyttorp.
We are looking for a candidate that can analyze big amounts of data. You are comfortable in handling Excel and SAP. The chosen candidate is willing to challenge colleagues and take decisions. High communication skills and willing to take responsibility is necessary.
The candidate needs to be able to take in new information and analyze the consequences. A good understanding of Supply Chain management and business thinking is crucial.


Main work tasks:
• Compile and analyze demand versus available production capacity
• Create an aggregated, longterm Supply chain plan
• Analyze and balance raw material and availability
• Make sure the process works, ie correct data and master data and feeds correct information to short term and material planning
• Coordinate communication with key players.


Qualifications and education:
• Relevant high school education
• At least 3 years’ experience within supply chain, preferably within planning, production planning or stock replenishment.
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in English both in written and verbal. Swedish is meritorious
• Result oriented and comfortable in taking decisions for the area of responsibility

The role is challenging with varying day-to- day tasks where there are big opportunities to influence the operations. There will be many local and international contacts you will interact with in conducting this job.


Start date: According to agreement
