Specialist R&D Financing

We are looking for a Specialist to our R&D Financing team. You will be working in the Group Functions Division and you will report to the SVP of Group Innovation and R&D. The location for this position is Helsinki or Stockholm.

As a Specialist in R&D Financing, you will manage the development of applications for public funding to Innovation and R&D programs, first of its kind investments in new technology and other cases where public funding is made available on national or EU level.
Responsibility
Your main responsibilities will be to connect internal needs with external funding instruments; advise internal projects regarding funding opportunities and their requirements, and write and coordinate the material for funding applications

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have a master’s degree in a relevant field, combined with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. You have excellent skills in English and are additionally proficient in either Finnish or Swedish.
You have a good understanding of the process industry and knowledge of R&D actors in Europe, and have experience of building successful funding applications. It is a merit if you have established connections to several relevant funding agencies.
