We currently are looking for a specialist for technical support for telecom services as consultant .Job description: Due to our growth as a leading telecom solution provider every year, we need to improve our technical support operational efficiency and to reduce the delivery time & enhance customer satisfaction.This job is responsible for designing the leading process of site investigation, hardware and software installation, engineering design and delivery to customers in the telecom equipment supplier field.Responsibilities: 1.Providing the leading process & supporting IT tools for technical support 2.Analyze the gap between our practices and the best practice in the industry 3.Planning the roadmap to make consistent progress in achieving the best practice.4.Analyze the trend in technical support in the future(next 2-3 years) Requirements: 1.Experienced in business process and IT tools of engineering design 2.Experienced in business process and IT tools of site investigation 3.Experienced in business process and IT tools of hardware installation 4.Experienced in business process and IT tools of software installation 5.Have a comprehensive understanding for network design in NRO (Network Roll Out) Preferred Candidates will possess the following skills: 6.Have a comprehensive understanding for Software license distributing and maintenance according to the PO (Purchase Order) 7.Have a comprehensive understanding for process in supply chain This position is based at Stockholm (Sweden).Local candidates only.
