The position
We are looking for a new colleague who can take on the responsibility for optimizing Roxtec’s use of the Microsoft 365 platform. You will be part of our digital workplace team and be a key player within IT Operations at Roxtec. We believe you have a broad knowledge within IT and at least a couple of years of experience administering Microsoft 365 on an enterprise level. To succeed in this role, you need a genuine interest in information technology and be willing to challenge both existing knowledge, ways of working, and implementations.

The Roxtec IT department covers operation, development and support for all the 28 subsidiaries in the group, worldwide. The IT department is based at the Roxtec headquarters in Karlskrona, Sweden, where all systems, from ERP through to other special applications, are maintained and developed.

Key responsibilities
Administer and develop the Microsoft 365 platform including:

• Azure AD
• User administration
• Groups and permissions
• Microsoft Power Platform
• Microsoft Exchange
• Microsoft Office suite of applications
• Microsoft SharePoint
• Microsoft OneDrive
• Microsoft Teams telephony
• License management

Incident and problem management within Microsoft 365.
Creating support documentation and training materials for IT personnel and provide awareness and training to Roxtec staff.

• Help your colleagues within other areas of our IT environment when needed
• Help creating and evaluating technical and security requirements internally and towards external partners and suppliers
• Ensure continuous improvements within your areas of responsibility

• Proficiency in the PowerShell scripting language
