Arbetsbeskrivning
To promote and increase awareness of Paroc Dri Design product and premium facades systems in the pre-construction phase of projects with the goal to have Paroc portfolio of products used in the construction phase.
Key accountabilities:
· Implementing of company strategy
· Promotion and sales of Paroc facades product such like Dri Design, Build ON system through visits, seminars, and other activities
· Identifying new project leads and turning it into Business opportunities through contact with all stakeholders such like Architects, Investors, Developers, Contractors
· Providing product trainings for external and internal stakeholders
· Communicate continuously with sales personnel on upcoming projects. Make sure hand over of projects from specification stage to sales stage is clear and well documented.
· Assisting sales team in closing the deal
· Monitoring of competition
· Continuously improve our offerings to grow across the region.
Requirements:
· Min 2 years’ construction field experience in sales/specification. Experience with façade systems and cladding materials will be an advantage
· Excellent presentation skills
· Strong numerical and analytical abilities
· Self-driven, well organized, and accustomed to taking the initiative and making decisions.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, ability to read technical drawings DWG, IFC.
· Construction qualification will be an advantage (Architect, Civil engineer)
· English Language- min intermediate level (work in international environment)
Education:
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in technical field civil engineering or architecture is an advantage.
