Development & Engineering The D&E unit develops and produces packaging systems and distribution solutions for liquid food.The unit is part of the Tetra Pak Group which has a global coverage and key product development centres in Modena, Italy, Lund, Sweden, and Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.In Modena, Lund, and Minneapolis we provide product innovation and industrialization of packaging systems and distribution solutions including world class expertise in key competence areas as well as in raw material converting processes and equipment to our customers all around the world.The Total Quality & Specification Management group within Specification & Product Master Data (S&PMD) is looking for a Specification System Owner, Additional Materials and Secondary Packages.The group drives implementation of the global Specification Systems to comply with the process orientation program and regulatory demands.Users of the information provided by us can be found worldwide, externally in Converting Factories as well as within Market Companies.and internal during Product Creation and Product Life Cycle.As we support all main parts of the Tetra Pak business, we see ourselves as being broadly part of a Tetra Pak team, to establish quality with focus on long term stability and results.As Specification System Owner, your main responsibilities are to drive and implement the Specification System for Additional Materials and Secondary packages.The work task contains to drive: .Global Ownership of the Specification System for Additional Materials and Secondary Packages..As System Specification Owner; Initiate, execute and communicate improvements in the Specification System to fulfil the requirements to the system users..Driver of networks to achieve the targets set..Provide Specification templates within Tetra Pak and loading of returning Product Data including connection to i.e.PackMat..Participate/ facilitate in relevant projects to secure quality of S&PMD procedures, structures (trees) and Specifications..Introduce best practice by means of benchmarking The work tasks are all done in close cooperation with key stakeholders within the organisation.The successful candidate has a high drive for breaking new ground to establish continuous improvement, using analytical capability.Wants to challenge existing work methods, initiate improvements and drive them to conclusion in a professional way.She or he has a commitment to a high service level, is thorough and have a mindset for quality.The candidate will also have proven ability to work in teams and drive networks It is beneficial if you have experience from Additional Materials, and/or Packaging Material, Secondary Packages and Tetra Pak knowledge.It is also beneficial if you have experience from driving projects.You possess good communication skills, are committed to process orientation and are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
