Specification Test Lead

At Global IM we are truly global with sites in Sweden, USA and Singapore.We provide advanced Information Management solutions that improve the performance of Tetra Pak's business processes.

You will work in the team responsible for the in-house developed business system called "P2", which supports all converting factories in Tetra Pak globally.In our team we provide the development of the P2 system functionality and interfaces to e.g.R/3 SAP.Your part of this will be to strengthen our testing competence and thereby also strongly contributing to taking the quality of our development to higher levels!

Your main work areas will be to:

- Manage, Design & Execute test activities
- Analyze and plan the test work for application releases
- Hold responsibility for the test process within the development process
- Develop and continuously improve the test methodology



Kvalifikationer


As a person you are analytical and can see the interconnectedness of things.In combination with your result orientation and business understanding this enables you to drive all the way to the finish while knowing when it is time to stop because the quality is good enough.You have a drive towards continuous improvements and do not sit around waiting for someone to tell you what to do.Supporting and helping your colleagues comes natural for you and you gladly share your knowledge with others.

You have three-five years of experience from working as a test designer or test manager.You have good skills in planning and writing test scenarios.Should you have experience with HP Test Director it would be an advantage.We believe that you hold a university degree in IT but you might have gathered equivalent knowledge through your work.You have excellent communication skills and excel at both written and spoken English.
