As our new Store Environment Manager, you will support all aspects of the store environment across our +115 optical stores in Sweden, including the development, management, and implementation of visual merchandising to ensure consistent execution and great looking stores.
 
This role is responsible for working across the Store estate to ensure that each store is looking great and ‘on brand’
 
In practice this means:
 

• Main point of contact for the field retail team when focusing on stores who are delivering poor standards.
• Local owner of our In Store Merchandisers (ISM:s)  including training, communication, support and engagemen
• Working with the regional store Environment team in Copenhagen and aligning country needs.
• Ensuring campaign changes are well executed through planograms.
• Ensuring store layouts are on brand and with correct rules applied.
• Supporting measurement of store standards and merchandising, both physically in stores and through our internal app/supporting platforms.
• You’ll be located at our support office in Gothenburg where you’ll work cross-functionally with relevant departments
 
Who you are
 
We’re looking for a Store Environment Manager with excellent project management skills and has a strong and effective communication in both verbal and written English. This to ensure good execution, briefing, and delivery to our stores.
 
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following professional and personal qualifications:
 

• Proven record of accomplishment within a Retail environment
• Proven experience of driving standards across a Store estate
• Able to provide personal expertise to help Stores drive their own Store standards
• Strong customer service ethos
• Previous experience working with Partners/Franchise and Store teams would be an advantage.
• Driven to lead change and collaborate with others to deliver the desired result
• Influencer with the ability to communicate and work in partnership with local and regional stakeholders.
• Ability to build trusted connections that support and empower Partners/Franchise to continuously improve their Stores performance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about the work you do
• Structured mindset with a sense of detail and knowing what good store decor looks like
