About this opportunity
We are now looking for spectrum product leader to drive and evolve our Strategic Product Management product plan (SpmPP) for Ericsson's radio products. In this role, you will be working closely with Long term Product plan (LPP) leaders, SPMs (Strategic Project managers) ,Spectrum management and radio portfolio evolution team.
The SpmPP ,as one of strategic radio product plans, defines radio products from frequency bands perspective. Together with LPP, SpmPP is used as a base for development of future radio product platforms and radio network evolution.

Working as Spectrum Product development leader in this field will require a broad knowledge within telecom covering both hardware, software and network knowledge. You will work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers to Ericsson.

You will bring
Great abilities to bridge over organizational borders in area of system, strategy and radio technology community
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, with ability to formulate problems and solutions in an understandable way
Master’s or Bachelor´s Degree in electrical engineering or similar
5-10 years within Research & Development, preferably Radio and NW Product areas
Problem Solving & Critical Thinking
Eye for business understanding
Customer Insight
Formulating strategies and concepts
Understand and follow industry trends in area of telecommunication
