As "Speditör" at Quintus, you will be part of the Logistic team. You are responsible to ensure deliveries are executed on time, to the right cost, to the right quality and in line with customer's expectations and applicable regulations. The company is in an expanding phase therefore continuous development and improvement of role and related processes are required. We are expecting you to be a leading employee for the shipping function in this process.

Main tasks

- To ensure that deliveries are executed on time, arrives on time, to the right cost, to the right quality and in line with customer's expectations and applicable regulations and documentation.
- Ensure performance according to transport frame agreement.
- Support Logistics team and internal functions with all transport related inquiries.
- Issue shipping documentation, handle Letter of Credit, customs clearance, intrastat reporting, transport invoicing and other documentation needed for the deliveries.
- Continuously improve role and related processes.


You are expected to be a proactive employee who takes ownership of the workload ahead, takes initiatives of assigned tasks and ensure that the requirements are fulfilled. Close cooperation with several internal functions is required and good communication skills is a must to achieve results. As "Speditör" at Quintus, you are part of the logistics team and report to Manager Logistics. The position is indefinite and 100% fulltime.

Your profile

As a person we believe you are structured and organized who likes to plan and perform improvements in role and processes. As well as enjoy working with freight forwarding and are solution oriented.

You should have 3-5 years of previous working experience from similar work with logistics planning and transport bookings, both in projects and in the daily operational flow. University degree in industrial engineering, logistics or equivalent is seen as an advantage. You have knowledge of rules and regulations regarding transport, customs and letter of credits. Experience ofshipping, both in project form and a daily transactions, customs handling and negotiations with forwarders are required. Proficiency in English and Swedish is required, both written and oral.
