About the Project Management assistant position:
The Project Management department works with planning, realising and following-up projects all around the world. We are currently looking for a candidate who will compliment this department with their experience and skills. As Project Management assistant you will assist our project managers with administrational work, planning, placing orders and following-up procedures and progress. You will be in daily contact with colleagues, customers, suppliers and partners in our various offices around the globe. It is a vital role for our continued growth and development.
Your main tasks:
Coordinate and follow up projects and initiated processes
Place orders
Purchasing
Make logistical arrangements and plan resources
Follow-up the project realisation
Update and actively work with our CRM-system
Assist with administration work
Support and assist Project Managers with different tasks as needed
We are happy to see if you already have some experience with similar tasks, but this is not a requirement. You will receive a broad training and support from our Project Managers and work very closely with them in the beginning. After a while, you will be responsible for your own tasks and work more independently, while still reporting back to Project Managers about the progress of tasks.
Qualifications and skills:
To succeed in this position it’s important you enjoy administrative work, as well as customer service and communication.
We expect you master professional English in both speech and writing, and have good knowledge in Swedish; other language skills are advantageous. A high standard of Excel knowledge is fundamental along with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office in general.
As a person you are responsible, well organized, pay attention to detail and good at communications.
You know how to prioritize, work well independently as well as have great skills to be a part of a bigger team. You are structured and stress-resistant; you have a good planning ability for your own and others' work. Multitasking, working with many tasks and projects at the same time and working under pressure to meet deadlines is something you thrive for. You pride yourself on achieving results. It is important that you like working with customers, are well motivated and most of all a team player, as you will need to work closely with several departments from our various offices.
In this position you may also be required to travel to the different projects.
It is a merit if you have a driving license and your own car, but this is not a requirement.
