About the Service Coordinator position:
The Service and Maintenance department is responsible for planning, quoting, executing and following up on service and maintenance needs for both existing and new customers. The work involves booking inspections, fixing warranty issues, arranging service and maintenance visits, planning service tours, making extra sales for services and solving problems that could appear after an installation. The service assignments that you will handle will mostly take place in Nordic countries, but some assignments can take place in other parts of the world. This is a vital role for our continued growth. We are currently looking for a candidate who will compliment this department with their experience and skills.
The work in the Service and Maintenance department consists of preparing the information and supporting the service technicians, ordering the necessary material and planning the fixing works, following up procedures, administrative work and communication with clients about their maintenance needs. You will also be in daily contact with colleagues in our various offices around the globe. As Service Coordinator your daily tasks will involve a lot of administrative work to make sure everything is saved and updated in our CRM system, and that every maintenance assignment is planned and prepared. You will also help with making quotations for the maintenance projects, smaller installation projects and product sales.
Your main tasks:
Provide information, advice and assistance to our existing and new customers
Make quotations and offers for maintenance assignments
Plan the maintenance visits and service tours
Arrange the necessary resources and tools for the maintenance visits
Order the necessary material
Communicate with customers about their maintenance needs and provide high-level customer service
Coordinate and follow up maintenance assignments and initiated processes
Update and actively work with our CRM-system
Asist on making and sending out newsletters of maintenance-related offers
Actively work with extra sales for the service and maintenance department
Take responsibility of warehouse and material stock in Sweden
Support and assist Service and Maintenance department manager with different tasks as needed

We are happy to see if you already have some experience with similar tasks, but this is not a requirement. You will receive a broad training and support from your colleagues from the Service and Maintenance department and work closely with them in the beginning. After a while, you will be responsible for your own tasks and projects, and work more independently.
Qualifications and skills:
To succeed in this position, it’s important you are passionate about project planning, like to work result-oriented, enjoy administrative work, as well as customer service and communication.
As a person you are responsible, well organized, good at communications and have a service-minded thinking in everything you do. It’s important that you are solution-oriented, can anticipate obstacles and problems, and make quick but well-founded decisions. You are a person who goes the extra mile to solve a task or problem in the best possible way.
You know how to prioritize, work well independently as well as have great skills to be a part of a bigger team. You are structured and stress-resistant; you have a good planning ability for your own and others' work. Multitasking, working with many tasks and projects at the same time and working under pressure to meet deadlines is something you thrive for. It is important that you like working with customers, are well motivated and most of all a team player, as you will need to work closely with several departments from our various offices.
We expect you have good skills in English and Swedish in both speech and writing, other language skills are advantageous. A high standard of Excel knowledge is fundamental along with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office in general.
In this position you may also be required to travel to other countries for a short business trip several times a year.
It is a merit if you have a driving license and your own car, but this is not a requirement.
