What you'll do as Sport Support Associate?
Handling customer request regarding wide range of sports products via phone and chat
Providing accurate information and maintain detailed case notes
Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
Contributing to reaching individual and team performance targets
If you:
Have fluent level оf French
Are customer service-oriented
Have excellent communication skills
Have strong typing and PC skills
Are analytical and problem-solving oriented
