Salary of 16.732,00 euros gross/year + up to 3.600 euros gross/year in bonus

In this project you will:
Handle incoming customer contacts (via telephone, e-mail, chat or other channels) while creating and logging tickets into the system.
Make outbound contacts to consumers (via telephone and email) to follow up issues with additional information or updates.
Update tickets in accordance with project procedures.
Provide first class customer satisfaction at all times by taking necessary steps to assist and support our customers, you will also ensure correct presentation of the client's corporate and brand images in all interactions.
Attend all trainings to gain expert knowledge and understanding of all products and procedures relevant to the service.

We are looking for you that:
Has a native level of Swedish
Is fluent in English
Is a self motivated team player
Have the skills of active listening, or want to learn it
Is supportive, outgoing and open minded
Can work: Monday-Friday, from 10:00 - 19:00
And you can start working in our Barcelona office on short notice
